PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLING THE CONTRACT OF SALE OF GOODS AND REFUNDING THE MONEY

Buyers of the online shop www.bysense.eu(lt) have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and purchase of the goods (except for training and services – see below for the rules on their return) without giving any reason, by notifying the seller in writing within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods. The buyer must bear the cost of returning the goods and return the goods within 14 days of the letter.

Upon receipt of the returned goods and after assessing their quality, the Seller shall, within 14 days of the written notification of the return of the goods and the reasons for it to the Buyer, either refund the Buyer’s money for the goods or exchange them for another one, according to the agreement of both parties.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. For returns, you must provide proof of purchase from the seller and your order number.

The buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, the seller will not accept the return.

If the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer may contact the Seller by phone or email and return or exchange them.

Damaged consignment

Check the quality of the parcel in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please tell the courier who delivered the goods.

Check the goods inside the packaging and, if damaged, take photos of the damage. The photos will be needed for the return procedure;

If the packaging is intact, there is no need to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. If you accept the parcel and sign the documents, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good order.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLING AND REFUNDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF SERVICES

Services include training, workshops and lectures.

Returns are subject to the procedures laid down in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

If the buyer starts an order and does not complete it (without payment), the sale transaction shall be deemed not to have taken place.

If the Website offers a money-back guarantee to Buyers, the Buyer may exercise the money-back guarantee within a specified period of time from the date on which the order/payment is made. In this case, the Purchaser shall receive a full refund and the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the access to the Training Site shall be terminated.

Refunds may be made within 14 days only if the Purchaser proves that the content of the training purchased was not in accordance with the published information. The Seller shall have the right to refuse a refund unless the Buyer proves that the content of the training purchased by the Buyer was not in accordance with the information published by the Seller about the training, as contained in the description of the training, and in any other means of dissemination of the information reaching the Buyer.

In all other cases, no refund will be given unless the Buyer and the Seller agree separately.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF GIFT VOUCHERS

• Gift vouchers are one-time only and valid only in the online shop www.bysense.lt
• If the amount of the Gift Voucher is exceeded, the difference must be paid.
• If the amount of the gift voucher is not used, the balance is non-refundable.
• The gift voucher is valid for 12 months.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
